At ATAR Notes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
